NCMF Barakah provides an informational directory of Halal establishments in the Philippines. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms.

No accounts, no data collection

We do not require user accounts and do not collect personal data. You may use the service anonymously.

Directory accuracy

We aim to list officially certified Halal establishments. Information is provided “as is” and may change. You should verify certification status directly with the establishment or NCMF for current details.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content if submission features are added later.

Intellectual property

The NCMF Barakah name, logo, and directory content are protected. You may not use them without permission.

Liability

The service is provided without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed under Philippine law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
